This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. They're fast and the drinks just taste better. Some of the reviewers apparently need a personal conversation when they order, I'd prefer efficient service. Ironically this store does well at both. They know my drink and many others without even ordering. Very personal and friendly. Never a complaint about this store.

Coffee is always A+ at this location. And i get my coffee 100% FREE (POLICE/FIRE) discount...... :))))))))))))))) Only downfall is. It's kinda hard to park because of the small lot & the amount of businesses within that lot.

Whoa! Worst Starbucks in Harford County. I am all about giving props to Starbucks locations, but not to this one. They're some weird cats in here. They don't typify the friendly, at-your-service Starbucks Barista. I've been here three times and the following example illustrates the theme of what I've experienced each time I've been. I went this morning. I stepped up to the cashier when it was my turn to order, not because I was asked if I could be helped, because I would have been waiting maybe forever. She just looked at me blankly when I approached, a blank stare accompanied by her hand hovering over the register, ready to press some buttons and get my order over with. That is precisely what it feels like very time I am in here: they don't care that you're there, they just want to get you in and out. It's like they're automatons. Anyway, I asked the cashier how she was doing (I think the standard "how are you" preface to taking/giving one's order is preferable). She looked at me like I had three heads, like no customer had ever asked her how she was doing. I was probably defying the robot code of employee-customer transactions. I then placed my order: "I'll have a Venti Veranda and a blueberry oatmeal." I paid, she gave me my coffee, and I walked to the counter to wait for my oatmeal. Four minutes later I didn't have my oatmeal and the employees behind the counter were showing no signs of making an oatmeal. Note that the place was not busy at all. I stepped closer to the counter, trying to catch a pair of eyeballs, all of which were seemingly going to great lengths to avoid my own pair. Robots aren't too keen on eye contact. Finally I said, "excuse me, do you know when my oatmeal will be ready?" Confused, lips-parted stare. Again, I must have grown two more heads since I walked in. "Oatmeal? What kind of oatmeal?" Geez Louise. I'll stick with Bel Air B&N location where they're friendly and efficient.

It is always busy with people ordering extra hot, extra foam, double shot, skinny whatever. I just want a coffee or expresso, and I have to wait behind all of that almost without fail. The parking lot is small, which makes it hard to park close. The outside seating overlooks route 22, which makes conversation and relaxing difficult. The recent remodeling made the small inside space less inviting to hang around and enjoy your coffee. At least the coffee is always good and the snacks that I get from time to time hit the spot. I just have to take it to go.

Smaller starbucks than most but still hits the spot. Had only a few couches, so not the place you wanna come study since you're sitting almost on top of the counter.
